2. Rates and Estimated Delivery Times
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 to 48 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
MONROE STORE is not responsible for any duties or taxes applied to your order by customs authorities. All fees applied during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (fees, taxes, etc.).
5. Damage and Loss
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately or reach out to the shipping carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging material and damaged items before initiating the process.
6. Incorrect Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible if a package is lost due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided at the time of purchase.
