3. Exhibition Battles and Dance Showcases (Culture & Community)

Participation in specialized dance events, cultural festivals, or competitions (All Styles / Waacking) as a judge with an exhibition show (Judge Showcase) or as a guest competitor.

• Duration: Exhibition show (2 to 3 minutes) + judging/workshop duties depending on the package.

• Includes: Event promotion on social media and technical representation of the style.

• Base Fee (Show Only): $250 – $400 USD (if hired in a combo with Workshop or Judge, the overall budget will be adjusted).

📌 Booking Notes and Conditions

• Travel and Accommodation Expenses: If the event is outside your base city, flights/transportation and accommodation are at the organizer's expense and are quoted separately.

• Basic Technical Requirements: Professional sound system (stage monitors), adequate lighting (avoid total darkness to appreciate arm lines), and a dressing room/private space for preparation and costumes.

• Reservation: A 50% deposit is required to secure the date on the agenda, and the remaining 50% is settled on the day of the event before going on stage.
